with ¡Ó 0.03mm. Inside the mold head, material
melting temperature and pressure monitoring
device is equipped to test the extruding amount
and thickness of material at each layer. |

for medium-high speed of vacuum forming cooling
to smooth tube surface without water stain. |

U-shape track belt block module design is used
for the hauling machine to complete the size
changing just within three minutes. The track
belt block is in PU structure with higher abrasion
resistance to avoid squeezing the flexible tube
upon hauling without causing scratch to the
product as well. Besides, it can provide maximum
chucking power and prevent idle running from

High speed flying cutter design is used for
the cutting table to ensure 900 vertical angle
of cutting without coarse edge. Such kind of
design is capable of cutting 60~100 flexible
tubes per minute with the controlled tolerance
within ¡Ó 0.5mm |
